Refund policy

We want you to love your personalized message card or jewelry! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the order delivery date for an exchange. 

 

Important Notes: 

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for any items. 
  • As a one-time courtesy, we do offer exchanges for a different product of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery, excluding sale items.  
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items: 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Attach clear photos of the damage or issue to your email and include the subject line: "Order #: 0001 - Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item." We will arrange for a replacement of the same item to be sent to you at no additional cost.  

If you wish to exchange the damaged, defective, or incorrect item for a different product, this will be considered an exchange and will require you to follow the exchange process outlined below, including paying for return shipping.

 

Exchange of Product:  

  1. Contact our customer support team at  i n f o ( a t ) T h e M i n i m a l i s t J e w e l e r  .  c o m within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and issue you a unique discount code. 

Return Conditions: 

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
    • The original message card must be included.
    • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required. 

Return Shipping: 

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. 

Exchange with Discount Code: 

    • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a unique discount code via email.
    • This discount code will allow you to purchase a new item of equal or lesser value for free, excluding shipping costs.
    • The discount code is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
